Spillane, a Financial Services veteran who most recently served as the Index Product Manager at BlackRock, joins Symbiont as the Director of Product for Data. Spillane will develop solutions for financial institutions, index providers and distribution partners that mitigate risk, cut costs and create new revenue opportunities leveraging Assembly™, Symbiont's enterprise blockchain platform.

Spillane brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, with positions at SS&C (Advent Software), and Bank of America Investment Services in addition to his recent stint at BlackRock. He specializes in data solutions that optimize performance scalability and operator efficiency. At BlackRock, Spillane played an instrumental role in modernizing and automating the data services functionality of BlackRock’s Aladdin product.
